The new Nautica Apartments were built right next to our already well-known and popular Atrium Blue Apartments. Both now share a 15-meter pool with a bar and restaurant exclusively for our guests.

Come to one of our newly built beautiful luxury apartments from Nautica in 2024, featuring high-end, modern construction and architecture.
Each apartment has its own entrance, a 6-meter wide glass front from floor to ceiling with an unobstructed, spectacular view of the sea and mountains. Apartments 1-3 are on the ground floor and offer a 32m² garden in addition to the 6-meter wide terrace.
Apartments 4-6 are on the upper floor and not only have a balcony directly in front of the glass front but also a 96m² private rooftop terrace! They are sun-protected under a 17m² roof. The railings on both the balcony and the rooftop terrace are made of glass. You can't get more sea view than that!
All apartments have 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, and apartment 3 even has 3 bedrooms.
