Nautica is a modern building with 6 apartments constructed in an upscale manner. Built in 2024. Solid brick and concrete construction with modern insulation. This ensures very resource-efficient insulation in both summer and winter. A highlight is a state-of-the-art central heat pump for air conditioning in the summer and underfloor heating in the winter.
Warm in winter and cool in summer
The apartments are slightly offset from each other in both directions. This allows the building to blend comfortably into the slope. It also provides more privacy on the terraces.Each apartment has a parking space.
Last building in street, close to the sea and horizon
Directly facing the sea and mountains, the ground floor apartments 1-3 have a large terrace and a garden. The upper floor apartments 4-6 have a wide balcony and a massive 96m² rooftop terrace with a 17m² roof for sun protection. The view from here as well as from the terraces is unbeatable, both of the azure blue sea and the Velebit mountains.
