HOW WE BUILT IT

The building is modern, highly insulated, and equipped with an efficient and very powerful air conditioning system (in all rooms) via a central heat pump. High-quality tiles were used for the floors and bathrooms. A huge 6-meter-wide glass front from floor to ceiling provides a path and view to the outside. In apartments 1-3 on the ground floor, this leads to a large terrace with a garden, while in apartments 4-6 on the upper floor, it leads to a spectacular 96m² rooftop terrace.

Treasured interior decoration

The modern yet lovingly designed interior invites you to feel at home. The more than spacious living room with integrated kitchen offers more space than you need. Wi-Fi and TV are, of course, included. The showers in the bathrooms are extra wide with modern technology.

The view from the roof terrace or the garden is a must see

In apartments 4 to 6 on the upper floor, you can access the rooftop terrace via the wide balcony and a spiral staircase. The spectacular panoramic view from here cannot be described; you have to see it for yourself. 96m² of extra space with a 17m² sunroof speaks for itself. The apartments 1 to 3 on the ground floor feature a huge terrace and a garden of approximately 35m². Unforgettable moments are also offered here.
