Pool – There is a large 15m pool available from June to September for our Nautica and Atrium Blue guests. Depending on the season, the pool is also heated. Please note and follow the published pool rules for your own safety.

Building – state-of-the-art insulation. Highly efficient, central air conditioning based on a central heat pump, therefore no more split units in the rooms. Each apartment has a parking space in the courtyard. Sat TV.

Internet – Free WiFi via password in all rooms

Food/Drink – We operate a pool bar with kitchen. Take a seat and enjoy our selection of drinks, cocktails and food. The menus are available there.

Towels – A basic set of hand and bath towels is provided in each apartment

Activities – You can rent a "normal" SUP or a huge family SUP directly from us. Swimming in the pool or directly in the sea. There is virtually everything you could want in the village. Quad bikes, jet skis, fishing trips etc.

Cleaning – A washing machine is available in every apartment

Vouchers – Depending on availability, you will find a few vouchers for restaurants or stores in Razanac and Zadar in your room. Bon appetit and have fun.
